Financial Independence (FI)

What does this mean to you?

Is it working at your job earning enough to pay all your bills while living paycheck to paycheck?

Is it being able to buy whatever you want in life because you can put it on a credit card?

Is it keeping up with the Jones'?

Is it going on vacation, buying a LV, GUCCI, Cartier?

To me, FI means that one can support themselves independently from a boss/ an employer because they are THE BOSS and dictate their own earning potential.
